Hamas Fires Rockets Into Israel

TEHRAN (FNA)- Palestinian resistance forces fired more rockets into Israel as Israeli troops continued shelling Gaza with white phosphorus on the 22nd of its war on Gazans.

On Sunday morning, Israeli media said seven Grad rockets fired from the Gaza Strip into Israel.

Reports say Israeli troops and Palestinian fighters also exchanged fire near Jabaliya refugee camp in the Gaza Strip on Sunday.

In spite of an Israeli truce declaration, Israeli helicopters, , shelled the Gaza City with white phosphorus bombs, press tv reported.

Israeli helicopters shelled the Gaza City with white phosphorus bombs hours after Tel Aviv's announcement of a 'unilateral ceasefire'.

The Israeli military had no immediate comment on the incidents.

Israel has been considering a ceasefire in Gaza despite its earlier announcement that it waged Gaza war to prevent Palestinian resistance fighters from firing rockets into Israel. Tel Aviv later said it wants to topple Hamas government in the Strip.

Israeli Prime Minister however said after the declaring the supposed 'unilateral ceasefire' that Tel Aviv has achieved its goals in the impoverished Palestinian silver.
