Presidential Aide Calls for Tribunal to Punish Israel for Genocide in Gaza

TEHRAN (FNA)- Israel violated all international norms and human rights and its crimes in Gaza are instances of genocide, an Iranian presidential aide said on Thursday.

"The world countries should force the Zionist regime to completely pullout of Gaza and punish its criminal leaders at international tribunals," Iranian Envoy Jalil Besharati said in a meeting with Kenyan Deputy Prime Minister Wycliffe Musalia Mudavadi.

Mudavadi, for his part, condemned Israel's crimes in Gaza and said, "The international community should make the criminal regime relinquish violence and genocide and terminate this conflict."

On Iran-Kenya relations, he expressed hope that Tehran and Nairobi would continue mutual cooperation in the long run and try to further deepen and develop ties and cooperation.

Besharati also announced Iran's preparedness to exchange its successful experiences with Kenya.
