The Many Faces of Eve photo exhibition offers Akbari's personal take on the role of women in modern society, presenting a unique insight into the lives of women in Iran and throughout the world.
Akbari is an artist, actress and filmmaker who garnered international acclaim for her role in Abbas Kiarostami's Ten and her documentary 10+4 in which she portrays her desperate battle with breast cancer.
According to press tv, the Many Faces of Eve, which is slated to close on Dec. 6, is Akbari's first photo exhibition outside of the Persian Gulf region.
