Israel Continues Assault on Palestinians in Gaza

TEHRAN (FNA)- Israeli warplanes bombed Gaza Strip and its tanks pounded defenseless Palestinian in different parts of the city on Thursday.

According to the Islamic republic news agency, Israel's assault resumed fiercely after a brief pause on Wednesday. It was the first break in a 13-day air-and-ground offensive that medics say has killed over 700 Palestinians.

The Israeli warplanes bombed different parts of Gaza on Thursday morning including Khan Younis and Rafah in south and Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
