The festival running May 7-18 will host acclaimed and awarded foreign films and polish premiers.
The festival comprises 6 sections including competition line-up for feature films and prizes for human rights, environment and audience.
According to the Iranian students news agency, Oskouei invited by the festival's secretary will fly to Poland to deliver a lecture on Iran's documentary cinema.
"Days without Calendar" has received the best documentary prize and honorary diploma for best director respectively in Iran's Police and international Fajr Film Festivals.
It also won the best documentary prize in Hot Docs Film Festival, Jury's Special awards in Italy's Med Film and the second prize in India's 3 Continent.
It has been nominated for best documentary in British Sheffield and Poland's Watch Docs Festivals.
