Iran, Pakistan Ink 3 MoUs on Trade Cooperation

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian and Pakistani commerce ministers signed three Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) on trade cooperation at the end of the fifth meeting of the two countries' joint trade committee here in Tehran on Wednesday.



According to the Iranian Commerce Ministry, a review of preferential trade, border trade, plant quarantine, banking relations and exhibition activities are among the issues included in the agreements.

Iran's Trade Promotion Organization (TPO)and Pakistan also inked an MoU to boost efforts in expanding bilateral ties through exchanging information, running marketing activities and performing bilateral trade activities.

A third memo was signed by the Islamic Republic of Iran's International Fairs and Exhibitions Stock Company and Pakistan's Trade Promotion Organization, the ministry report said.
