TEHRAN (FNA)- The 33rd edition of Montreal International Film Festival is to display 5 Iranian products among 240 films selected for the cultural event from 78 countries.
'Fire Keeper' by Mohsen Amiryoussefi will compete with 19 other feature films in the World Competition.
'When Lemons Grew Yellow' directed by Mohammad Reza Vatandoust is another Iranian film that will participate in the First Films World Competition among 20 selected products, the Iranian students news agency reported.
In Focus on World Cinema section, two films are to represent Iran, 'Twenty' by Abdolreza Kahani and 'Penalty' by Ensie Shahhosseini.
Also the Iranian short film to be screened at the cultural event is Panah Panahi's 'The First Film'.
The World Film Festival is scheduled to run August 27 to September 7.
