Minister Announces New Health Record in Iran

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Health Minister Kamran Baqeri Lankarani announced that for the first time no case of Cholera has been reported in Iran in this summer.



Lankarani underlined that there has been no report of any case of Cholera in the country 2 months after beginning of summer in Iran.

Speaking in the inauguration ceremony of the First Scientific Olympiad for medical science students in Isfahan on Friday afternoon, the minister praised the country's advancement in medical technology.

There are no advanced medical technologies in the world in which Iran does not have an expert, Lankarani noted.

360 medical students started competitions in three different fields during the 6-day long Scientific Olympiad in Isfahan on Friday.
