The five-member delegation is to join Iranian team to investigate the reason behind Wednesday tragic incident.
Spokesman for Iran's Civil Aviation Organization, Reza Jafarzadeh was quoted by the Iranian students news agency as saying that according to international aviation regulations, experts of plane manufacturing country can participate in probes about the reason behind a plane crash.
Two black boxes of the plane have been found but yet there is no sign of the third box, he said.
Jafarzadeh refused to comment on the cause of the incident before studies on the entre evidence.
