"Countries which were speaking of threat, sanction and military attack on Iran in the past, have (now) surrendered to Iran," Najjar said in a ceremony to introduce the new Governor General of Iran's central province of Semnan.
"They are seeking to find a way to open the door of dialogue and cooperation with Iran," the interior minister went on saying.
Reminding the October 1 talks in Geneva, Switzerland, between Iranian chief nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili and representatives from the five permanent UN Security Council Members plus Germany (Group 5+1), Najjar said, "The recent meeting with the western countries in Geneva was a stage displaying the grandeur and power of the Iranian representative in the international arena."
He further pointed to the massive projects, implemented in Iran during President Ahmadinejad's first term in office, and noted, "Today, the Islamic Iran enjoys maximum power and prosperity."
