"It should be noted that foreign media, including BBC Persian, VOA, Al-Arabia, Radio Farda and Radio Zamaneh, have played a salient role in training (rioters) and provoking illegal gatherings and unrests," Tehran's deputy prosecutor-general said

According to Tehran's deputy prosecutor-general, detainees have had considerable cooperation and coordination with the foreign media
"According to the confessions made by those MKO members arrested in recent riots, these people had received trainings in Camp Ashraf to conduct sabotage and terror operations and organized activities (inside Iran)," Mohebbati said in the first court session
The Iranian authorities freed 140 of the post-election detainees before starting the trial last week
