Iran Nano 2009 Exhibit Allocates Special Section to Industry

TEHRAN (FNA)- The officials of Iran Nano 2009 exhibition, to be held on November 4-8, have allocated a special stand to industrialists and industry managers to show them the commercial applications of nanotechnology.

The section, which is designed as a booth called 'Nanotechnology Industrial Show', will be run by Aradin Company under Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council (INIC)'s supervision.

Following the successful running of "public show" booth at last year's exhibition of 'National Nanotechnology Capabilities', another show is due to be held under the name of 'Nanotechnology Industrial Show' which has special audiences contrary to the 'Public Show' which enjoys the public audiences.

This section intends to introduce the commercial applications of nanotechnology to the industrialists and industry managers.

The event is assumed to be a good opportunity for the local industries to interact with nanotechnology.

According to the schedule, petroleum, gas, polymer and petrochemical, food and agriculture, medicine and sanitary, construction, car and textile industries will attend the show.

Some more activities have also been arranged on the sidelines of the show, including applied seminars of product owners companies and the special exhibition of Iranian car with nanotechnology applications etc.

Iran Nano2009 Exhibition is the second annual nanotechnology exhibition in Iran. In the first exhibition which was held last year, more than 130 Iranian companies came to showcase their products and activities in an area of more than 5,000 sq/m. More than 7,600 people visited the exhibition last year.
