Uzbek Trade Delegation Visits Industries in Central Iran
TEHRAN (FNA)- An Uzbek trade delegation, comprising 13 commerce, trade and industrial officials, visited different industrial complexes in the central province of Qom on Monday.
Consolidation of bilateral relations, expansion of trade ties and exchanging economic and trade data and information have reportedly been the major goals of the daylong visit.
The head of Uzbekistan's Chamber of Commerce hailed the active diplomacy and goals of Iranian government's foreign policy as a contributor to the expansion of trade relations with the neighboring, regional and other world countries.
He also reiterated that Iran's active participation in the development of non-oil trade and creation of markets in Iran and Uzbekistan have born positive results and opened a new horizon for the reinvigoration of trade ties between Tehran and Tashkent.
The Uzbek official further urged for the establishment of an exhibition of Iran's exporting capabilities in his country.
