TEHRAN (FNA)- Director General of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance's Office for Visual Arts Mahmoud Shalouei underlined Iran-Germany cooperation in the field of holding artistic exhibits in both countries.
In a meeting with the German cultural Attaché, Shalouei thanked German Cultural Office and Goethe Institute for organizing exhibitions featuring artworks by the country's artists in Tehran Museum of Contemporary Arts.
German Attaché, Felis Durak, for his part, called for mutual cooperation in organizing artistic exhibits in both countries, the Islamic republic news agency reported.
It was agreed that an exhibition of artworks by noted German artists to be held in Iran in October and November. Iran will also organize exhibit of Iranian artworks in Germany at the same time.
Last year, researchers from Germany, France, Australia and other countries presented their latest achievements during the first International Fajr Conference.
