Short Film Fest in Belgrade to Showcase Documentaries from Iran

TEHRAN (FNA)- Documentaries produced by Iranian director Kamran Shirdel are due to be screened in the 57th edition of International Belgrade Documentary and Short Film Festival in Serbia and Montenegro.

The festival runs on March 29 to April 3 and is to display a collection of Shirdel's documentaries to pay tribute to him who is considered to be the founder of Iran's modern Cinema.

Shirdel has also been invited to join the jurors of the festival.

'Mirror', 'Simin', 'The Night It Rained', 'Women's Prison' and 'Women's Quarter' are among Shirdel's documentaries.

Captured 22 times between April 13, 2010 and January 13, 2012
