Iran to Narrate Jundollah Ringleader's Arrest in Movie
TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran's ministry of culture and Islamic guidance announced that it plans to make a movie of the procedure in which Abdolmalek Rigi, the ringleader of the Jundollah terrorist group, was arrested.
The ministry and Soureh Cinema Institute have agreed to make the feature film in the next Iranian year which begins on March 21.
The film will also feature the supports that some countries' spy agencies offered to Rigi.
The details of the film's cast will be determined on the coming days.
Iran's security forces arrested Rigi on Tuesday, after intensive and long-term intelligence and security operations, when he was on a flight from the United Arab Emirates to Kyrgyzstan.
The Jundollah group has claimed responsibility for numerous terrorist attacks in Iran. The group has carried out mass murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, acts of sabotage and bombings. They have targeted civilians and government officials as well as all ranks of Iran's military.
