Saint Petersburg Student Festival to Screen Iranian Film

TEHRAN (FNA)- Saint Petersburg Student Film Festival in Russia is due to display Iranian 15-minute short film 'Whistling Underwater' on September 18-23.

The film directed by Hooshmand Varaei narrates the story of lucky and unlucky people and concludes this fact that some people are always unfortunate because they have to be unfortunate and some others are fortunate because they must be fortunate.

Varaei's last production won honorable mention in the 7th edition of the festival last year.
