REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR HUMAN RESOURCES NEEDS & CAPACITY ASSESSMENTJUBA, 7 December 2011 - The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Cooperatives & Rural Development (MAFCRD) of the Republic of South Sudan (RSS) is implementing a World Bank supported project, namely, the Support to Agriculture and Forestry Development Project (SAFDP), which is a Multi-Donor Trust Fund (MDTF-SS) funded project.
