According to the public relations office of the festival, "Days of Life" directed by "Parviz Shaykh Tadi", "Awakening" directed by "Farzad Motamen", and "The Queen" directed by "Mohammad Ali Bashe Ahangar" will compete for the Crystal Simorgh in the International Competition (Panorama Vision) section of the festival.
In Competition of Asian Films (Eastern Vista), three Iranian movies will compete alongside other Asian productions. The three Iranian movies include "Wearing Orange" directed by "Dariush Mehrjui", "Kissing the Face of the Moon" directed by "Homayoun Asadian", and "Flight of the Kites" directed by "Ali Ghavitan".
"Waiting for a Miracle" directed by "Rasoul Sadrameli", "Hail Angels" directed by "Farzad Azhdari", and "Road to Heaven" directed by "Mehdi Sabbaghzadeh" are three Iranian movies which were selected for "Cinema of Salvation" (Islamic Countries' Cinema Competition) part.
