Iranian President Condemns Zionist Regime's Continued Crimes against Palestinians

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad deplored the continuous crimes committed by Israel against the oppressed Palestinian people, and warned the regime to fear the wrath and uprising of the world nations.

Ahmadinejad criticized the continuous crimes committed by the occupying force of the Zionist regime against the Palestinians, and said the Zionists and their allies are the most irrational people of the world because they don't consider the end of their game which is awakening and uprising of nations.

He made the remarks on Friday, addressing a large gathering of people in Khorassan Razavi, North Eastern Iran.

The Israeli military frequently bombs the Gaza Strip. Israel also has laid an economic siege on the Gaza Strip since June 2007, after Hamas took control of the enclave.

The blockade has had a disastrous impact on the humanitarian and economic situation in the Gaza Strip.

Some 1.5 million people are being denied their basic rights, including freedom of movement, and their rights to appropriate living conditions, work, health and education. Poverty and unemployment rates stand at approximately 80 percent and 60 percent, respectively, in the Gaza Strip.
