Pakistani Airplane Makes Emergency Landing in Kerman
TEHRAN (FNA)- A Pakistani passenger plane en route from Kuwait to Lahore made an emergency landing in Iran's Southeastern city of Kerman this morning after a technical problem in its hydraulic system, but none of the people on board was hurt.
Director-General of Kerman Provincial Airports Department Mohammad Nakhaei said Friday that a Pakistani Airbus-310 made emergency landing at Kerman International airport early Friday morning.
He told the Islamic republic news agency said that the flight No 206 which was carrying 198 passengers from Kuwait to Lahore faced a technical problem in its hydraulic system and asked for an emergency landing at the Kerman international airport at 4:17 a.m.
The official further noted that fortunately the plane landed safely and after fixing the technical problem it took off at 9:25 for Lahore in Pakistan.
