Managing your employee information will get a little easier this summer. MyAxess will be rolled out to Stanford employees on June 19, 2015. Read on to learn more about the release and how you can designate MyAxess to be your your new homepage.
MyAxess is an interactive web page built just for you. Summarizing your frequently-used and time-sensitive Axess features, MyAxess is your one-stop destination for managing your employee information.
With MyAxess, you can:
Manage your action items.
Review your payroll information including timesheet submission status and leave balance.
View your Stanford benefits including your STAP training funds balance.
Keep up to date on university announcements.
See your personalized Stanford calendar, which combines the Stanford academic calendar with other important university dates.
Launch other frequently visited Stanford sites.
Make MyAxess Your Homepage
To designate MyAxess as your default login page, simply click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Axess portal and select Preferences as shown below. This will take you to the system preferences page where you can select MyAxess to be your new homepage.
Now optimized for mobile devices!
MyAxess is the first section of the Axess portal optimized for mobile devices. After you login to the Axess portal from any device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), the homepage will scale to fit your screen as shown below.
