Our mission is to create ideas that deepen and advance our understanding of management and with those ideas to develop innovative, principled, and insightful leaders who change the world.

We seek to attract faculty and students with high leadership potential. We engage in an academically rigorous, research-supported learning process, including interdisciplinary studies and community engagement.
