The country directory from IBP collects information about a country's budget openness, the ability of citizens to access budget information and to participate in the budget process. Countries are also graded on budget oversight. The Survey Publications are good resources for identifying the names of budget documents and process. Typically, a nation's budget can be found on their government's website; the library also collects budget documents in print, use Searchworks
to identify them. Many of the IMF and World Bank datasets provide access to macro-level, aggregate budget data as well.
