GENERAL: Where can I find general information about University benefits?
DIVORCE: Where can I find information regarding University benefits in connection with a divorce or legal separation?
HOSPITALS: I am employed at one of the Stanford Hospitals; where can I find information about my benefits?
If you have questions about the benefit plans offered by the University, including eligibility, benefit amounts, retirement
contributions, or about your own benefits, visit the Stanford Benefits Web site at benefit.stanford.edu or call Stanford Benefits at (650) 736-2985 or toll free (877) 905-2985. If you are a SLAC employee
please call (650) 926-2356.
If you are involved in a divorce or separation and would like information about your Stanford benefits, about a qualified domestic
relations order (QDRO), or about a qualified medical child support order (QMCSO), look in the "Life Events" section of the Stanford
Benefits Website at benefits.stanford.edu. You may also call Stanford Benefits at (877) 905-2985 and press option 2 for issues related to
your 403(b) plan, or press option 9 for questions about your medical and life benefits.
If you have questions about the benefit plans offered for employees of the Hospitals, including eligibility, benefit amounts, or other terms, or if you have questions about your own benefits, contact the SHC Human Resources Office at (650) 723-5734 or benefits@ medcenter.stanford.edu.
If you have legal questions about the Hospitals' benefit plans (but not about your own benefits), contact the Office of the General Counsel.
