Free sample fitness classes for the Stanford community
Stanford’s Health Improvement Program (HIP) and Stanford Recreation are offering free group fitness classes for members of the Stanford community Monday, Aug. 31, through Friday, Sept. 4. Try TRX or Jungle Gym, Boxing or Aqua Zumba. All classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Signups open 15 minutes before classes begin. You will need your Stanford ID to enter the facility. For descriptions of the classes being offered next week, visit the Stanford Recreation website.
Reminder: The Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation (ACSR) will be closed for maintenance from Aug. 29 through Sept. 13. The Ford Center and the Arrillaga Outdoor Education and Recreation Center (AOERC) will remain open during this time.
