My research is focused on studying layered transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) catalysts and other transition metal compounds for electrochemical and gas phase reactions. Topics of interest include: nanocluster-support interactions, solvation layer effects, dopant incorporation, ion intercalation, activity trends, and electronic structure.
