  • Microsoft mainstream support for Office 2010 for Windows has ended. Office 365 is designed to work with any version of Microsoft Office in mainstream support. If you are running Office 2010, see the Office Pro Plus page for information about upgrading to a supported version.
  • A pilot program for Microsoft OneDrive and Office Online is currently in progress for staff members of Business Affairs. These staff members can learn more about the pilot by going to the OneDrive and Office Online site (access restricted to members of Business Affairs). 
  • ProPlus is now available: This allows licensed Office 365 users to download Microsoft Office 2016 (for Mac) and Office 2013 (for Windows) on up to 10 devices. See the ProPlus page for more information.

Office 365 is a cloud-based email and calendaring service, hosted by Microsoft. The Outlook on the web lets you access your Stanford email, calendar, address book, and tasks on any computer through a web browser. You can also use a desktop email client or a mobile device to access your Office 365 email and calendar.
