Review My Options

Go over my options before I make a decision about whether to report

You have several options.  You can speak to a confidential counselor or you can seek consultation from the SARA Office or the Title IX Office.

Confidential resources have special legal protection and will not share your name or personal information with anyone.  They are able to provide for your immediate mental well-being and to discuss your options with you.

Consultation from SARA or Title IX

You are also welcome to ask questions about the Stanford process directly from the Sexual Assault and Relationship Abuse Office or from Title IX.  As these offices are not considered “confidential”, if you are seeking consultation only, make sure you let them know that at the beginning of your conversation.
