Publication Schedule

If you are working with the policy owner to update an existing Administrative Guide Memo or create a new policy, please see the Change Request Guidelines and refer to the publication schedule below (a printable one-page PDF* version of the publication schedule is at the bottom of this page.) Brand new policies require more lead time to publish, as a group of cross-functional policy liaisons and business leaders review new policies and submit questions or concerns.

If you are working with a policy owner to update an existing policy, please email guide-editor@lists.stanford.edu to request the current version in Word doc format, which is to be updated using Track Changes and returned. Typically, policies are updated quarterly; however, urgent updates can be accommodated, so please indicate your publication timing preference in your email request.

Changes to guide memos that are considered “housekeeping,” such as corrections to contact information, URLs, typos, etc., can be made at any time by emailing guide-editor@lists.stanford.edu.
