Health Improvement Program (HIP) Classes

Participants following instructor in a HIP yoga or pilates class.

HIP offers more than 150 health and fitness classes each quarter to the Stanford community, including retirees. They also offer more than 20 free webinars on a variety of topics, including nutrition, fitness, and wellness. Healthy living classes are eligible for STAP funds; fitness classes are available at the discounted BeWell rate for employees who complete the SHALA.
