News media reported the video as:

but "It was not possible to confirm independently that the man in the video - posted on a rebel website - was Doku Umarov"

According to Shabak (Israeli General Security Service) a member of Hamas, Mosab Hassan Yousef, worked for them exposing a number of terrorist cells, and preventing dozens of suicide bombings and assassination attempts on Israeli figures.
In my opinion Hamas political chief Khaled Meshal, who lives in comfort far from the hell hole that Israel has made Gaza in Damascus the capital of Syria, is working for Shabak.

Khaled Meshal organized suicide bombers to blow up Israelis and the Qassam brigades who fire home made rockets at Sderot and kibbutzim from Gaza about 2 to 3 miles away.
