In addition to his film projects, including DON JON, LINCOLN, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES and INCEPTION, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is the founder and director of hitRECord, an open collaborative production company made up of over 300,000 artists. Joseph Gordon-Levitt and hitRECord have published books, put out records, performed live shows and screened their work at major festivals including Sundance and TIFF. Currently, Gordon-Levitt is leading the hitRECord community in producing Season 2 of their Emmy Award winning show, HitRECord on TV, a new and eclectic take on the variety show format. Season 1 of the half-hour series premiered earlier this year on the new cable channel Pivot. The 2nd season will air in the first half of 2015.

Known for creating change through his documentaries, Hirsch’s debut feature film, Amandla! a Revolution in Four Part Harmony, chronicles the history of the South African anti-apartheid struggle through a celebration of its musical heroes. This film was released to acclaim, winning the Audience and Freedom of Expression Awards at the Sundance Film Festival, as well as one of the five Emmy awards it was nominated for, among many other honors. More recently, Hirsch, a former victim of bullying himself, wrote and directed the film Bully. This is a beautifully cinematic, deeply felt, character-driven documentary that the Huffington Post called “the most important film of the year”. Released to universal acclaim by the WeinsteinCompany, Bully became a cause celebre and spurred a national grassroots movement of parents, educators, celebrities, politicians and students. In 2013 the film won the prestigious Dupont award from Columbia University and the Stanley Kramer award from the Producer’s Guild of America.

Jason Seiler began his professional career in a rather unorthodox way. After getting in trouble for drawing parodies of his history teacher in high school, Jason’s quick-thinking principal hired him to draw caricatures of different faculty members. A professional artist was born. Jason went on to study fine art illustration at the American Academy of Art in Chicago for two years before beginning his professional work in earnest. Jason’s illustrations and paintings have been featured as covers and interior pieces for publications such as Rolling Stone, Billboard, TIME, and The New Yorker. Jason also worked as a character designer on Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland, helping to create such characters as the Red Queen, the Tweedles, the Bandersnatch and more.

Ami Vitale's journey as a photographer and filmmaker has taken her to more than 85 countries where she has witnessed civil unrest and violence, but also surreal beauty and the enduring power of the human spirit. Her photographs have been commissioned by nearly every important international publication and have been exhibited around the world in museums and galleries. Ami is a founding member of Ripple Effect Images, a collective of well-known scientists, writers, photographers and filmmakers with a mission of creating powerful stories illustrating the very specific issues women in developing countries face. Ami is also a Nikon Ambassador, has judged the most prestigious photo contests, and is a contract photographer with National Geographic magazine. She is writing a book about the stories behind her images.
