Congressman Moran is interviewed by two second grade students, Manar Mousa and Malaina Coates, from Fairfax County's Hybla Valley Elementary School. The Congressman later read to the other second graders in the school's "Reading 100 Books in 100 Days" program.

Federal Employee Retirement Reforms Pass House
Washington, D.C., April 1st – Congressman Jim Moran, Virginia Democrat, supported and spoke in favor of today’s passage of legislation reforming the federal employees’ retirement system.  The legislation, H.R. 1804 “The Federal Retirement Reform Act of 2009” included three pieces of legislation the Congressman has championed this year and in previous Congresses. It passed on a unanimous voice vote.
