Are you a Small or Local Emerging Business in Alameda County? If so, the County of Alameda GSA is interested in meeting you! County of Alameda actively seeks and does business with small and local emerging businesses. This interactive workshop will introduce you to key representatives within Alameda County responsible for purchasing Goods and Services, Construction and Architectural and Engineering Services.

You will gain knowledge and expertise in how to do business with Alameda County, including special programs that are available to small local businesses in Alameda County, how to become a certified SLEB (Small, Local Emerging Business), and how obtaining this FREE certification will help you with contracting opportunities with the County of Alameda.

East Bay SBDC Purchase/refund policy: Credit towards future courses will be provided if a registrant provides written cancellation five business days before the class. Refunds will be issued for cancellations with advance notice, less processing fees. No refunds or credits are given to registrant "no-shows" or to cancellations made within five business days of the class. The Cal State East Bay SBDC reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. Registrants will be notified in advance of the class, and a full refund will be issued. Please note that while parking is available underneath the Transpacific Center at 1000 Broadway, Oakland, CA, the garage closes at 7PM. If your class is scheduled past 7PM, please be sure to move your vehicle during a break, or use alternative parking.
