    Oprah Winfrey Finds Common Ground, Settles Lawsuit

    Let the spiritual healing begin.

    Talk show queen Oprah Winfrey has settled a defamation suit filed against her by the former headmistress of her Leadership Academy in South Africa.

    But after a personal meeting between Winfrey and headmistress Lerato Numvoyo Mzamane the two sides found common ground and settled it in the true style of a talk show goddess.

    "The two parties met woman to woman without their lawyers," according to a joint statement from both lawyers harmoniously released to E!Online. "(They) are happy that they could resolve this dispute peacefully to their mutual satisfaction."

    Kelly Osbourne Fractures Elbow During Dog Fight

    Kelly osbourneKelly Osbourne was all smiles as she arrives at London's Heathrow airport, despite her recent injury which left her with a fractured elbow. "It is hands down the most painful injury I have ever had!" Osbourne wrote on Twitter. "To cut a long story short, I was trying to stop the dogs from fighting at my mum's and managed to fracture my radial head." Ouch!

    While she mends her wounds, Osbourne has a lot to look forward to, including joining 'Dr. Phil' as a special contributor, beginning on Wednesday, March 24. In her first assignment, she will join a panel in a discussion about prescription drug use in Hollywood and its effects on teens, ET reports.

In the trailer, Gilbert (Julia Roberts) leaves her husband (Billy Crudup) and sets out on a year-long journey of self-discovery to Italy, India and Bali, where she, of course, eats, prays and finds love.     However, PEOPLE claims that it's not official yet. "They are trying to decide what to do right now. Reggie has issues with her busy life and schedule and she can't give it all up."

    Famed workout expert Susan Powter took to YouTube to warn Gabourey Sidibe about her weight, in a rant that expressed her concern for the actress.

    "Let me tell you something, Gabby, because Gabby's the only one who matters here, your weight is going to affect everything in your life -- from every breath you take, because a human body carrying that much fat is under the burden," she explains in her video.

    "Your weight, child, is going to affect every moment of your day, certainly your career. You are in an industry where you're going to be judged microscopically," the 'Stop the Insanity' guru adds. Watch It:


    'American Idol' Alum Tamyra Gray Is Expecting a Baby

    'American Idol' alumnus Tamyra Gray is expecting a baby in July, reports Entertainment Weekly.

    "I'm just trying to take care of myself and enjoy it," says Gray. "This is way harder than Idol." Gray finished fourth on season one of Fox's smash music competition.

    The child will be the first for Gray, 27, and her husband, music producer Sam Watters, 36, a former member of 90s R&B group Color Me Badd. The couple wed on Valentine's Day in 2006 on the island of Capri, Italy.
