If you have an account with Skype, your Skype account and Facebook video calling are not related to each other. You can run both applications at the same time, and can make or receive video calls with either one. However, your webcam can’t be shared between both applications, so you won’t be able to make video calls with both applications at the same time.

For WINDOWS:
  1. Go to the Control Panel.
  2. Select Programs and Features.
  3. Choose “Facebook Video Calling Plugin” from the list of programs and click Uninstall.

For MAC OS X:
  1. In the Finder, go to your Home directory (labeled with a house icon and your username).
  2. Open the “Library” folder.
  3. Open the “Internet Plug-Ins” folder.
  4. Delete the FacebookVideoCalling.bundle file.
After deleting the file above, you can remove the following to save space:
  1. In the Finder, go to your Home directory.
  2. Open the “Library” folder and then the “Application Support” folder.
  3. Open the “Facebook” folder.
  4. Delete the “video” folder.
