And I’m fairly sure the Husky Ponytailed Blogger’s a washed-up has-been . . .
The link he provides goes to this picture:
Umm yeah, that’s the Tennessee state flag…
FAIL.
UPDATE: After this post was linked by a host of other blogs I figured Chuckles would be forced to defend himself. As always, the Husky Ponytailed Blogger plays the victim card.
In the post to which Reynolds links, “Weasel Zippers” took a screenshot of a commentI posted here at LGF, asking if a flag seen in a tea partyvideo might be a neo-Nazi flag — and then ignored the comments that followed minutes later in the same thread, in which I clearly concluded that the flag was a Tennessee flag.
Naturally he missed the entire point of this post, which was to mock him for seeing Nazis and racists behind every Tea Party bush. All he had to do was a two second Google search of “red flag with three stars” instead of making an ass of himself for the millionth time (thanks JCM).
And why did he drag InstaGlenn into it? Hoping for a link to boost his ever sagging site stats?
And as Robert Spencer points out:
Weasel Zippers has found the comment above, in which Johnson says that he is “fairly sure” that the Tennessee state flag is a neo-Nazi emblem. Johnson himself is seething and whining about this: “the comments that followed minutes later in the same thread…I clearly concluded that the flag was a Tennessee flag.”
Well, that’s mighty generous and perspicacious of him, but he only did it after speculating about the Tennessee flag’s alleged resemblance to various neo-Nazi insignia:
