Create custom Drive alerts to keep track of when specific actions are taken in Drive. if you want to know when a file containing the word “confidential” in the title is shared outside the company, for example, you’ll get an alert. http://goo.gl/wW2tlt

Over the next few days, we’re rolling out an admin option that lets you manage Hangouts chat history in your organization so employees have the freedom to chat with whomever they want. With the option to turn on and off chat history, employees can ensure their conversations stay personal and private.

We’re also adding Google Apps Vault support for Hangouts chat, so organizations of all sizes can quickly find and preserve chat messages. This is a great way to safeguard business-critical information for continuity, compliance and regulatory purposes.
