    China mentions the 90 days. This is interesting...

    China's Ministry of Commerce Wednesday said trade talks betweeen Chinese and US officials have been very successful and the two sides will conduct further negotiations in 90 days according to a clear time table and road map.

    I teach a Negotiations class. I have a short section on even if you win, even if they offer you $25k over what you hoped to get for a job offer, do not stand up on their desk and scream "TAKE THAT SUCKAS!!"

    After a few years in China I stopped paying attention to what people said and entirely on how they behaved. That was the tell. If they wanted something to happen they executed. If they didn't they were worse then hung over freshman for excuses. Execution is all that matters.

    I don't care if Trump and China agreed to complete market access or they agreed to purchase nothing more than 5 ship loads of soy beans. It ALL comes down to execution. China has not followed through on really anything they have signed up in recent history, even under Trump 3/n
