** Please note DINNER ON THE QUAD tickets and the BUY IT ALL PASSES are SOLD OUT. Daily passes and other a la carte options are still available for purchase
Important Dates
October 8 — Postmark Deadline
Online registration will close on October 8. Additionally, all registration forms and requests for scholarships must be faxed or postmarked by this date. If you miss this deadline, please register on-site at Ford Center when you arrive on campus.
October 22-25 — Onsite Registration
You can still register on site at the Ford Center beginning October 22:
10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday, October 23
7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 24
7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (or until football game start time)
Sunday, October 25
8:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. (Please note Sunday registration is at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center)
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing by email, fax or regular mail. Requests submitted on or before October 8, 2015 will be refunded in full. Requests after that date will be awarded according to the following schedule:
October 9—15: 75% refundOctober 16—21: 50% refund
October 22 and after: No refunds
