In Your Neighborhood

Because you live on the Stanford campus, BGM is responsible for neighborhood upkeep you might not expect.  We take care of:

• Roads
• Street signs
• Street lights
• Water and sewer mains

We will repair and maintain these shared community resources at no cost to you.  Notify us if you have problems at 723-2281. 

In Your Yard

BGM provides some services to homeowners at their expense.  These include:

• Tree trimming/work
• Yard work
• Irrigation system work
• Pest Control (with the exception of termite control)

For pest control, call Crane Pest Control directly at 415-922-1666.

Gardening work is performed by our Grounds Services group; to request service, submit a Customer Funded Work Request (requires a SUNet ID and a PTA account number).
If you do not have a SUNet ID or a PTA, phone Grounds at (650) 724-1847.

Additional information about Grounds Services

In Your Home

We are responsible for water and sewer services; if you have an interruption in service, call us at 723-2281.  Unfortunately, we cannot help you with plumbing problems, such as clogged pipes and leaky water heaters; you will need to contact a private plumber in these cases.

We are also unable to help with:

• Home repairs and maintenance
• Telephone repairs (contact your telephone service provider)
• Power loss (contact PGE: 800-743-5000)
