We look for a mix of experience and skill sets in our classes. Previous experience could include relevant classes, professional work, or personal experiences. Consider the following areas: collaboration, experimentation, empathizing, visualization, craft and inference. Or if you have limited experience so far tell us why you are excited about design thinking!

This is a hands-on class, where benefits are highly dependent on your investment. (It's not about what we teach you, it's about learning from what you do.) Plan to spend 5-10 hour per week working outside class. Attendance: Also important. Missing more than two sessions will affect your engagement and grade. We will have a pre-assignment for the first day of class.
