Creativity and leadership are essential abilities that lie within everyone, but their full potential can be suppressed by hidden blocks and unconscious habits. In addition, women face unique challenges in expressing their authentic selves in today’s workplace. This course will help you recognize and remove these barriers so that you can access your creativity more consistently and lead more effectively. Based on courses taught for more than two decades at the Stanford Graduate School of Business as well as in executive leadership programs, this course offers a life-changing approach to unleashing your full creative power and leadership potential.
Using the latest research and best practices on how women leaders can develop and thrive, this approach will empower you to live and lead authentically. Throughout the course, you will learn and apply time-tested creativity and leadership tools to tame your inner critic, cultivate mindfulness, uncover your purpose, and enhance your relationships. You will address a specific challenge or opportunity where you would like to have a breakthrough. By the end of the course, you will have the tools to develop your creative confidence, honor and express your true wisdom and values, cultivate and act on your intuition, and access the state of creative flow to achieve powerful results with less time and stress.
