Allocate an expense.
Allocation distributes expenses incurred to each benefiting PTA in proportion to the benefit received.
It is best to allocate expenses at the time of purchase via a purchase requisition, or for salary through labor distribution.
Do not charge an expense to a sponsored project PTA and later reallocate it to another PTA unless it is through an Expenditure Allocation PTA.
