Iterating Your Way to Healthy Behaviors is designed to help students with previous design thinking experience (at least one d.school class) apply the methodology and design techniques to the process of creating positive behavior changes in themselves. Through empathy for others, self-reflection and an experimental approach, we hope students will not only create strategies to promote healthy living for themselves (and others) but will also develop the mindsets needed to persist in the face of failure, change course when appropriate, and will have the knowledge that — more than a particular “silver bullet” answer — the most successful approach is to develop an experimental attitude and a personal framework to keep iterating!
