Stanford and Berkeley Summer Happy Hour

During the summer the Stanford Energy Club (SEC) worked with Berkeley Energy & Resources Collaborative (BERC) and Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) to bring together energy focused professionals and researchers in the bay area. Over a 100 people demonstrated their passion for working on energy issues by converging by attending the Summer Energy Happy Hour jointly hosted by BERC, SEC, and YPE. It was a warm and sunny summer evening, but rather than dash to a park or head home to fire up the grill, these energy-focused people chose to come connect with like-minded students and professionals.

Bringing together energy students and professionals from across the Bay Area, the BERC-SEC-YPE partnership produced a successful gathering, evidenced by the buzz of conversation that filled the room for over two hours. All three organizations look forward to building on this success by planning future joint events.
Many thanks Wilson Sosini Goodrich & Rosati for sponsoring the event and providing their SOMA office as the venue.
