"The Wall Street Journal" quotes Professor Robert L. Rabin in a story about how a recent court decision is making cigarette manufacturers "revamp" the marketing of their products.
"Tobacco companies got off pretty well in this case," says Robert L. Rabin, a professor at Stanford Law School "By simply restructuring their marketing -- as they tend to do so well -- cigarette makers will be able to convey the same thing but in a slightly different way. They have already proven over a 50- or 60-year period that their ingenuity can't be beat in terms of coming up with new ways for promoting cigarettes."
