Ensuring a vibrant and diverse professoriate is the charge for the Faculty Development & Diversity Office, which supports faculty with programs, information, and resources. The office provides orientation and informational events for new and junior faculty, workshops for deans and department chairs, outreach on behalf of faculty search committees to develop diverse applicant pools, and manages university-wide initiatives that support faculty diversity.
