OBI Expense Requests Workshop
Wednesday February 25, 2015
Three sessions of a hands-on workshop have been scheduled to assist users with the transition to new Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) Expense Requests and SU Credit Card Activity dashboard reports.
The new dashboard reports, which were rolled out Feb. 9, include Expense Request system transaction details (e.g., expense reports/reimbursements, Stanford Travel Card transactions, advances, non-PO payments, and petty cash replenishments), historical iOU transactions, and Stanford Purchasing Card transactions recorded in the PCard module of Oracle Financials.
The workshop sessions will be held at Birch Hall, 105 Lab A, on these dates and times:
Tuesday, March 3 9:30 a.m.– 11 a.m.
Tuesday, March 10 9:30 a.m.– 11 a.m.
Thursday, March 26 1 p.m.– 2:30 p.m.
Note: Registration is required to attend the workshop. Space is limited to 18 people per session; attendees should sign up for only one session.
